Make a group
Roommates, a trip, the office, your family. Add people from your contacts, or just by name if they're not on Enagach yet.
Add what you spent
Split it equally, by exact amounts, by percentage, or by shares. Attach the receipt if you want a record.
See who owes whom
Enagach does the math continuously, across every group you share with someone, so the number is always current.
Settle up
Pay in cash, by bank transfer, or with Telebirr, then record it in the app. Once it's confirmed, the balance clears.
Built for how people actually split money in Ethiopia
- Birr first. Groups are in Ethiopian birr by default — and a trip or diaspora group can pick its own currency. Each group keeps exactly one, so there is never a conversion.
- Sign in with your phone number. No password to forget.
- Four languages. Use the app in English, Amharic, Afaan Oromo or Tigrinya.
- Nobody has to be on the app. Add someone by name and track what they owe until they join.
- Payments stay between the two of you. Other members of a group never see who settled with whom — only that the balance changed.
